AIM Christmas Picture Form
Please fill out one form for each class your dancer takes. (ie. One form for Ballet, one form for Tap). All professional photos will be taken the week of Dec. 4th-7h during dancers scheduled dance class. Be sure to send you dancer to class photo ready, along with filled out photo forms & payment (we will have plenty of extra photo forms at AIM if you need them).
